Rugged PC Review is your source for news, information and reviews of rugged, semi-rugged and durable mobile computing equipment. We're the industry's clearinghouse for independent reviews. Our editors and reviewers have decades of experience in analyzing the toughest mobile equipment around. Some worked for rugged equipment manufacturers. Some are consultants and specialists in certain core technologies.

We pride outselves in listing every relevant mobile computer, be it a handheld, PDA, notebook, slate or tablet. Each and every one we find, or that is brought to our attention, is described and listed with all pertinent specs. However, we cannot possibly do full reviews of ALL equipment out there. That is reserved for particularly interesting machinery and for the products of manufacturers who we have relationships or sponsorships with and who have made machines available and opened their own labs to us.

This section is a compilation of the major full reviews RuggedPCReview.com has conducted over the past couple of years. Many are very detailed, some up to 4,000 words -- far more than you'll ever find in a print magazine review.
